JOB SUMMARY: Lake City Elementary School is seeking a First Grade Teacher, who utilizes best practices to increase student achievement.  The primary responsibility is to implement, deliver and promote high academic expectations to all students.  The ideal candidate must work collaboratively with team members and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  

Bachelors’ degree in education or related degree

Must have a current Tennessee Teaching certificate with an endorsement/certification in K-5 or PreK-3

This is a 200 days/year position.
