EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ANALYST

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The employee benefits analyst is responsible to coordinate and participate in the administration of the employee benefits programs, which include but not limited to medical insurances (health, vision, and dental), life and disability insurances, retirement and tax sheltered annuities.

 

DUTIES:

Process payments for various benefits

Ensure accurate payroll deductions

Assist with open enrollments for various benefits

Counsel employees on available benefit options

Maintain records for various benefits

Assist other team members as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

General knowledge and proficiency in available software applications and technology

Accounts payable experience

Benefits knowledge preferred
